After three weeks of working on some basic animation in Flash I find it is pretty hard. The pen sensitivity has been giving me pain to no end. All the lines have inconsistent with. I've scraped at least four character designs since I'm not use to using the tablet. It's one of those monitors you can interact with the stylus.

After a few hours today I managed to get half a walk cycle done. Most of the time went to trying to improve the line work of the character. Even though I was working as fast and cheap as I could to get two walk cycles done as much as possible in four hours, I only managed to get half cycle on each one.

This weekend I'm working on a dinosaur design after a lot of time sketching out of the dragon art book. I'll be posting new art sooner or later. I've decided to try and go for a quality over quantity with my art. I'm going to start using horizon lines, perspective, and foreshortening as well as coloring in photoshop or flash.
